The Hunt .....


Watched something on Netflix, the other night. Fucking blew me away. And I now see it's been getting fantastic reviews everywhere.

The Hunt. Sit and watch as an absolute fucking nightmare enfolds an ordinary, decent bloke. Truly scary shit! :icon_eek:

 It's a Danish film. With sub titles. Only I, for some damn reason, missed that point. Thus, I found myself in the pub, the next day, enthusing to the Landlady;

 " I saw a really brilliant film, last night! It was Swedish ..... "

And, with that, she gave me an old fashioned look and suddenly became extremely engrossed in rapidly flicking through a news paper! :huh: There ended That conversation!

 It was only last night it came to me. For us persons of a certain age, " Swedish Films " .....   We remember that connotation! She obviously did! :rofl:

    Whooah! Just watched Valhalla ......

    Hard to think of them as the same guy.

    But, then; Why should we? It's one guy, acting different parts and characters. I think Mads is one to watch, anyway.

    My bro's well into Scandinavian stuff. Crime, especially. He's always had an excellent eye for films. Now, I think, I'm starting to see what's drawn his attention.
